We arrived to find no breakfast available, and no one informed us that the restaurant was closed. The rooms were in terrible condition, with dirty bathrooms and no towels provided. Additionally, the lack of cribs for babies was disappointing and very inconvenient for our family.

My partner and I recently spent two nights in a Deluxe King Room, and we absolutely loved the experience! The vibrant decor and comfortable bed made our stay cozy, while the onsite bar served delicious Jamaca nachos by the cute pool area surrounded by hammocks. The staff truly stood out—they were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. One small downside was the limited variety in dining options during off-peak hours, but it didn't detract too much from our overall enjoyment.

The restaurant closes too early at 8 PM, leaving guests without dining options on-site later in the evening. The pool feels crowded and can be rented out, limiting access for hotel guests, which is frustrating after paying for the experience. Security presence seems minimal, which can be concerning. The lack of individual communication about facility hours upon check-in can leave guests feeling uninformed.

Our stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable, especially the kayaking and fun poolside vibes with tasty drinks. The friendly staff made a big difference, and the vibrant atmosphere really added to our family experience with the little one.

This was just a well-suited match for a quick weekend visit in La Parguera with excellent value for money. I really enjoyed the Pechuga jibara dish. it was fantastic! Make sure to bring your own coffee maker since there wasn't one in the room.

The hot water in the shower was also inconsistent, which was a bit disappointing. However, with everything else going right, it didn't overshadow the overall experience. If you're planning to enjoy the bioluminescent bay, this place is super convenient, sitting just a short drive away.

Consider bringing a power strip, as there was only one usable outlet in the room for charging devices, making it quite inconvenient.
